Multiple problems with xbox services

Ive been trying to fix this problem for ages, so first off when I try to sign in to the xbox app it doesnt work, it flashes three times before closing. So I dug deeper and found on the internet I had to do something with xbox services on services.msc but my one was missing and Ive already tried to get it throguh going settings on the xbox app but it doesnt show up. Then I found out that Xbox App Services on startup was disabled so I enabled it but still doesnt show anything. Then I tried to download https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/p/x...activetab=pivot:regionofsystemrequirementstab but there is no download button at all. Ive already tried everything I found on the internet and most of the time it leads me to even more problems. Note that all this was done after reinstalling windows thinking that it will fix the problem so I come here as my last resort.

A couple questions, could you, on the Xbox Identity Provider in the Windows Store, share a screenshot of the entire section titled "Additional information" and do you have any other Xbox apps installed such as Game Bar?

Alright, I have I suppose only this to offer before you perhaps need to contact Microsoft Technical Support for this issue. Admittedly these issues are harder to troubleshoot when I cannot see the PC myself or see the issue myself, and Microsoft Support usually has the tools to help with that where I do not.

Things you can check and try:

Double check that your Firewall and make sure everything is properly set. If you're on a VPN I would deactivate that through this process.
Perform a clean boot of your PC. You can see how here: How to perform a clean boot in Windows
Open Settings> Search Apps > Open Apps & Features
- Find Gaming Services
- Choose Reset
Uninstall the Xbox app with this method:
- Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
- Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
- Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage
- Hit Enter.
- Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App again

Could you go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking and let me know what the results are there.

I found this thread researching your issue: Xbox Live Services: Not available (Windows 10, possible Teredo - Microsoft Community and one of the comments points to the setting I wrote above. You may be able to hit "Fix it" if your Xbox Live Services is not Up and running.

It once again didnt work. There was no update button for Xbox app so I reinstalled it and it wasnt the same version that you sent .

I performed a clean boot and didnt have any luck, though I saw that gaming services were running, other than that I did not see any xbox services running.

and I opened task manager and this were the only ones running.

Some questions and clarifications needed and some steps to try so we can make sure that we pass on the correct guidance.

Are Game Bar, The Microsoft Store App, and your PC as a whole all updated (as well as any additional Xbox Apps like the accessories app)?
Is this a newly rising issue (the app worked prior) or is this your first download of the App?
I noticed in your services you have no Xbox services running when the app is opened. Could you open game bar and see if these services begin to run:
- Xbox Accessory Management (if you have the accessories App downloaded)
- Xbox Live auth Manager
- Xbox Live Game Save
- Xbox Live Networking Service
Can you open the Microsoft Store App and go to the page with the Xbox App and let me know in the Additional Information section, let me know what the installed version is.
