Multiple problems with Xbox Game Pass on PC and you, Xbox Team.

I've recently renewed my subscription to Game Pass and from then, I've only encountered reasons to get stressed, mad and just convince me to cancel the whole thing.

Problem 1: Games not working.

- Halo MCC crashes at start-up, spent a whole day troubleshooting the issue, re-installing twice, downloading windows settings, updating windows, reviewing past threads and other users in my same position, as expected, nothing worked. Even after resetting
my computer god knows how many times, MCC still crashed and no solutions were provided by you, nor any solution was easily found. The last straw was uninstalling the Xbox app altogether and doing this from the MS Store, which only partially fixed the issue.

- Doom Eternal problems worsening, at first, I just wanted to change the language of the game and nothing worked, nor windows settings, nor xbox app settings, nothing. Re-installed the game three times and absolutely nothing changed. A setting and a change
as simple as changing the language, and it doesn't work, at all.

And now, I cannot install Doom Eternal at all, MS Store installation is broken, and only comes back with error message and as the time of this writing, the download doesn't even work, now it doesn't show me an error message, now it straight up doesn't start
at all.

Problem 2: You deleted my MCC review.

I left a review yesterday on your Xbox app, unpleased about my experience with MCC as stated at the start of this discussion, and today, I find out you deleted it, it literally is not there anymore, even other negative reviews are there but mine isn't, why
are you targeting me?

Problem 3: Xbox W10 App doesn't work at all.

First issue, as I've already stated, installations in the Xbox app always have problems, I thought this was supposed to make the process more simple and game-focused, but all it does is make things worse.

MS Store and Xbox app do not have clear communication between them, things installed in one place are not recognized in the other correctly, many times I've only had the option of installing something that I already have installed, because the two simply
don't work properly with each other.

And today, exactly the problem that made me demand answers, the Xbox app refuses to be useful, it refuses to recognize I have a game pass subscription, re-installing the thing and reseting my computer do NOTHING, I know the issue is not my subscription because
MS Store recognizes I have game pass, but then again, both apps do NOT work together at all, instead of half the grievances, it's double the problems.

As I'm writing this, the Xbox app refuses to open up, just a black screen and nothing else.

I want to like your product, I want to enjoy game pass as I did before everything I just stated, but no solutions have been found and I'm honestly at the end of my patience.

What is happening? Why is this service, the flagship of Xbox right now, not working properly? Why is it so badly integrated? If it wasn't ready or the issues were minor I could ignore that, but this is not longer your Beta nor the issues are minor, you left
Beta state on September of this year.

I would very much like to pay for a service that works, but all I see is a service that advertises itself to be something it definitely is not.
