2. The meter for the Classic Badge "100k Club" is stuck: This could be a bug in the game. You can try resetting the game progress by going to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Minesweeper > Advanced options > Reset. 3. Classic Badge "Gopher Hunter": Gophers are hidden in the game and can be found by clearing certain tiles. You can try searching online for a guide on how to find them.

I have the exact same problem and it appears to have started at about the same time as your problem. I can still connect and play Microsoft Minesweeper, Microsoft Solitaire and Microsoft Mahjong. Just no Sudoku. These Microsoft store apps really are buggy
and seem to have problems on a regular basis.

I have the above problem on this laptop, on another pc I had the "STORE" app do the same thing. Unlike the games this app is part of Windows and so cannot be uninstalled/installed. After an hour or so with Microsoft remotely taking my machine they fixed
the problem by clearing the apps cache. Don't know if this will work with Minesweeper but I might save the 'in progress' game if it did.

1. Run the Microsoft Store Apps Troubleshooter and fix the problems with the Minesweeper and Jigsaw games.

4. Run the Windows apps troubleshooter.

You can run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following these steps:



Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.

Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
