    Hello for some reason i keep getting a black screen on my xbox series x whenever i turned it on as well as hearing strange clicking sounds and been seeing a small colored box in the middle of my screen whenever i open or exit a app i have tried different TVs and my new gaming monitor but i been getting the same problem i have checked the HDMI ports on my TVs and Screen and saw no problems and nothing out of the ordinary i even tried a new HDMI Cable but still getting the same problem and now my gaming are crashing left and right i have tried the power cycling and even have tried the factory reset but still encountering the same problems and issues i am currently on my 3rd xbox series x as i had the same problem on 2 previous consoles i had in the past

    I'm unsure what else to do at this point and i do not know what is causing the problems as i have tried everything in troubleshooting i dont know if need service it or if i should just return it to retailer where i got it from in exchange for a new one as i still have the warranty but i am concerned i may encounter the same problems and issues on the 4th console i would greatly appreciate any suggestions or ideas on what i should do next thank you

    Update the crashing on my video games has gotten worse its happening alot more often now i have tried turning off and unplugging the console and plugging it on again after 3 to 5 minutes but it seems to have only made the problem worse its gotten to the point where i am unable to play my games now due to these issues and problems

    1. yes it's happening to most of my games whenever i play them for about 30-60 minutes and its starting to get very annoying especially if your helping fellow players or friends or just gaming in general

    2. for my 3rd console it started happening last night

    3. i have tried that already when i started having the problems but i still had problems as i said before i had the same problem on 2 previous consoles

    4. there's no error screen that appears it's just a black screen that appears when i turn on my xbox it only does it when i have the startup mode set to Energy Saver and the random clicking sounds i hear from the console and the colored boxes that appear whenever i enter or exit a app and i have noticed that it is slow at times on the menu/home

    and as i said before i am out of options i do not know if i should request a repair/service for the console or if i should return it to the retailer i got it from in exchange for a new one due to having a warranty there (the Retailer i got it from was GameStop) i had none of these problems on my Old Xbox One and i have tried my old xbox console on my TVs and Monitor and it works fine with 0 problems and 0 issues is there anything you can suggest or recommend i could try or do next?
