    Multiple players with one GamePass Ultimate subscription


    Hello - We have an Xbox Series X and a single Gamepass Ultimate subscription. Is there a way that one son can play on the Xbox whilst another streams a different game via play.xbox.com, without taking out a second subscription? I saw you did a trial of Friends and Family but that's no longer with us.

    as you upgraded to ultimate gamepass it converts your current gold into gamepass time, this is clearly stated when you upgrade multiple times, so a year of gold gets you about 4 - 5 months ultimate gamepass, when you upgrade and the cenversion takes place
    thats it.

    becuase you cancelled you cancelled your one subscription.

    You need to contact support for this as they are the only ones who can help.

    1. there are three tiers, Gold, gamepass and gamepass ultimate (gamepass exists for those that do not play online and only want to play the games in the gamepass.

    2. why £111, if you have one console and the profile that has the sub is the home profile then all other accounts on that xbox get access to gold and gamepass etc, no need for multiple subscriptions.

    3. it clearly states on each tier what you get.

    In Gamepass and Gamepass Ultimate is XBOX Live Gold included. If you want Gamepass or Gamepass Ultimate, you must buy this subscription too.

    there are three types of subscriptions for gamepass, one is for Xbox console, and the other is for Windows 10 on pc. The third is Xbox gamepass ultimate, that combine both subscriptions also gold membership.

    If you bought the Gamepass for PC and don't have an Xbox then getting Ultimate Gamepass is pointless. It would upgrade your subscription from Gamepass for PC to Ultimate Gamepass
