Multiple Month Missions

I have a question regarding My Missions that span multiple months.

Using the current Free to play mission, as an example:

There is a mission for 2000 points to spend £3 per month every month on f2p. Is this 6000 points in total? Or 2000 points?

Are these points deposited at the end of the three month period? Or after each individual month.

For instance, I spent £3 in October, but have no points pending. My other reward points have displayed properly.

Third time posting: Didn't receive my credits for voyager mission

I've posted this issue multiple times and haven't received an answer.

I completed the voyager mission last month, but was only credited for the first part. Buying Prey. The achievements didn't register nor did the completion of the mission.

I'm missing 5000 rewards credits.

Also the VIP 10% for last month never got deposited as well.

Could you please check this out?

Pumping main missions so far, only multiple I've done is when someone hacks me!!

 

Support will check your credits, but per the program's FAQ, the offers reset monthly (so in your example it would be a total of 6,000 credits). The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you complete the offer.

As it says on the mission page, the FREEquent Player offer rewards "2,000 Rewards Credits every three months", so it will only award 2000.

Once you complete that offer in the third month, the offer will be marked as completed, and the Credits should show as pending in your account, as normal.

Your purchase completed the FREE pass offer since it was over £18.
