multiple kids want to play

I just have a question because I do not understand all of this online gaming stuff. I have an xbox live account, and one of my kids logs into it from a friend's house and xbox. I have another child at home who also wants to play and can't because every
time he tries to log on, the other kiddo gets kicked off. So, how do I fix this? Is there a way to add another kid? Or do I need a whole new xbox live subscription in order for both to play at the same time on separate consoles? Thanks everyone!

Kids who want to play?

My 7 year old son is looking for some other kids around the same age to play with. He does not have a mic or anything just wants some others to run around with in the game. If anyone has kids who are interested, please let me know. Thanks!

Xbox One ( 1 console per house ) ?

I am not going to write off XBOX ONE just yet. I will wait unil E3. BUT if I have to buy multiple copies of game just because I have multiple xbox, then I will not be buying a XBOX this year. Plus my kids don't care about watching TV they want to play
games.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the situation, it looks like we just want the kids to be able to play together while one of the children is at their friends house. This is possible using one Xbox live gold subscription and two different accounts.
It's possible due to our amazing benefits of Gold Sharing. When one account has an Xbox live gold subscription you can share that subscription with one console. Here is a guide about

For 3 xbox consoles you need at least 2 gold memberships in two accounts that can share. For more on sharing with xbox home: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox

Fyi, some streaming ser ices and cable companies actually do have a limit on how many tvs can watch at the same time. Some being 2 and needing to pay tomupgrade for more TV's.

Also, Xbox has a family plan in the works already. Testing in Columbia and Ireland.

Microsoft is already working on a family subscription for game pass.
It’s available in selected countries for now (as a pilot)

But probably we are going to see an expansion soon.
For now need to wait until Microsoft release the plan in all the countries
