    Multiple games wont get past load up screen


    Tried playing advanced warfare and fifa 15. Both stuck on main screen. I do this while signed into my xbox live profile and it doesn't work. If I sign out and restart, game functions normally. Can't play with my saved games or profiles.

    soooo, my game wont load past the snd loading screen, with the charicter on it, anyone get past this? i have already uninstalled and re installed the game with no effect

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try the following steps to see if it helps?

    1. Go to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray

    2. Click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

    3. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    4. Unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Hopefully that will fix the issue for you.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try the following steps to see if it helps?

    1. Go to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray

    2. Click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

    3. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    4. Unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Hopefully that will fix the issue for you.
