Multiple Fitness app problems

So I have contacted support twice already for different problems with the Xbox One Fitness app, and then used their suggestions on the app when it continued to not work. It seems like every time that I try to use the app, there is something wrong. The
biggest thing is usually it saying I do not have a Gold account. Solution: Delete and redownload my profile and/or clear persistent storage. It will sometimes randomly say that the Kinect is not plugged in (hasn't done this for a while). Solution: Unplug
all wires and plug back in. The Kinect will see me in troubleshooting, but will not show me on the Fitness app. Solution: Restart. Sometimes need to unplug all wires and plug back in.

Now I click on the Fitness app, and I get a black screen. Go home. Black screen. Cleared persistent storage and restarted. Black screen. This black screen is only when I click on the Fitness app - when I go home, it shows me signed in and it sees all
my apps, and I'm connected to XBL. Unfortunately, I need sleep, so I am off to Zumba, and I hope that this post gets the problems I am having out there so some permanent solutions can begin to be developed.

I would suspect that I'm not the only one this stuff is happening to, so hopefully the Support team can get some solutions going before we begin being charged for this app.

I am choosing to post on this forum rather than contact support for 2 reasons. 1. I want to know if anyone else is having multiple random issues with the Fitness app (hopefully one of the above solutions provides you some saved time). 2. I need to get
to bed, and I don't have time for the troubleshooting steps right now.

I love Fitness when it works, but the times that it works are becoming far fewer and more in between Please help!

Xbox Fitness voice control failure

Voice command used to work by saying fitness, now it does not.

Have tried:

Powering down system fully, turning app resume off, powering down in hard off mode, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, and turning the option on and off multiple times. The fitness command still does nothing. All other voice commands work, Kinect fully
calibrated.

 

Has anyone else had problems with Xbox Fitness not launching

Fitness is an internet hog as is the X1 in general. I think any router more than a year old and not top of the line will give problems with multiple X1 in house.
