Multiple Faults With The Party App

It's a shame stuff like this is happening after a year of being released.

I experience so many problems with this and I rarely complain about things but it needs to be sorted.

Firstly, actually joining the party. I'll try join the party with the friends list, or with an invite and maybe 20% of the time there's an error.

Secondly, while in the party. Sometimes I just can't hear anybody in the party whereas the others in the party can hear each other. I have good internet, and my NAT type is Open. I apparently sometimes don't have a mic plugged in (Blue circle not showing)
and when this happens I can't hear anybody (And even if I didn't have a mic plugged in, I should be able to hear them through the TV, which I can't.) Another problem with the mic is that sometimes it's bold (Implying I'm speaking) when I'm not, and when this
happens, I also can't hear anybody.

Thirdly it will randomly not allow anybody to hear me. I'll be speaking and the next minute I'll be getting a message on Facebook saying "Have you died or something?" because apparently my mic isn't working.

These issues also happen to my friends, not just me, so it wouldn't be anything to do with my mic (Which is brand new and well taken care of) or my internet which hits 80MbPs download and 11MbPs upload..

Our usual fix for this is to unplug the Xbox from the mains, leave it a minute, and come back on which I then have to load up my game again, and sometimes doesn't even work, I'd say 75% of the time this fix works which I shouldn't have to do because I shouldn't
even be having these problems or my friends.

Does anybody have a permanent fix for this as I've had an Xbox ONE for around 6 month now and it's been a problem since day 1 for me and my friends. They've had it since the release date and they've told me they've had these problems since then too.

Online Joining

We were having this issue last night. Multiple people had multiple issues joining the party / joining the game.

1) I was in GTAV, they were in Warframe. Could not "join party" via friends app.

2) Left GTAV, same.

3) Restarted console, was able to join party.

4) Started Warframe, could not join game either by accepting invite or via party app. Both times, clicking the button did nothing.

5) Everyone quits Warframe, restarts, able to join game.

6) One player crashes out mid-game, could not rejoin via party app or invite.

7) That player restarts console, back to normal.

We've been having weird connectivity issues it seems ever since the holiday rush.

 

Fault with Headset in Party Chat

Hi there!

Are you plugging the headset into the console with a digital cable or into the TV with an AV cable?

Could you send us photos of the wiring setup and audio settings on the console?
