    so I've tried to do the hard restart where you push and hold the console power button and then unplug the console altogether and I've had all my games and apps suddenly just be gone and I've cleaned it lightly to see if there would be a difference and well
    here I am asking if yall have a solution to my XBOX problem

    XBOX ONE

    OS version 10.0.19041.4172

    hope that's enough info to hopefully figure it out.

    Why does my game have a error code when u try to install or load in?
