Multiple Errors can't get past game selection screen

I am wondering if anyone else had this issue or might know what is causing this. The Xbox boots up fine and gets to the main screen. Then if you try to log into Xbox live you get the 0x800xxx error,
no matter what you try to do you get an error 0x8000xxx code related to what you are doing. Each code is specific to the action you are attempting. It doesn't show the game disc, it won't connect to the network, wifi, live obviously, or any apps everyone gives
you the 0x8xxxx error related to the action. Did a factory reset with no changes, it shows the HDD just fine and an external HDD. I am thinking this may be a motherboard problem but I really have no clue, I even suspected the ram but no ram error codes. I
fix computers without issue but this is something I have never seen, clearly, consoles are very different. It started while playing a game and has not worked since. I had it disconnected for a couple of months and decided to take another look at it but the
same problem again, hard reset, factory reset nothing makes a difference, occasionally there is a black screen but easy enough to get rid of it and get back to the main screen that shows where the games and Xbox advertisements are but none are there of course.
