Multiple Devices showing on account page

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that. It could as well be a bug, but removing them is the safest way to go.

Thanks Jesse for the quick response! The problem I was wondering, How did these devices get loaded on my account and profile page with actual serial numbers on the devices? I can remove them for sure just didn't understand why and how these devices got on my Account page.

You can remove those device from the page if you neither own nor recognise them.

To remove a device:

- Go to account.microsoft.com/devices, sign in, and find the device you want to remove.

- Select Show details to see info for that device.

- Under your device's name, select Manage > Remove.

- Review your device details, select the check box, I'm ready to remove this device, then select Remove.

If you're registered for the program, you should be able to sign in on the top right of the page.

Otherwise, that's what the page looks like if you've never registered for the program. Since the program is shut down it is no longer possible to sign in.

I have i signed in. Then i get to the page and it doesn't show i'm signed in. I've done that multiple times on multiple devices

I have done it on account page on devices ... the only 2 devices that show up there are my Laptop and current xbox
