Multiple charges on my card that too for accidental purchases

I have been charged on my card multiple times and that too for accidental purchases of digital products, have raised a couple of Support cases and they were instantly closed. Upon calling the Xbox support centre, I was told that I send them an email with
detailed list of the charges that have hit my account and they will review and refund the amount charged in excess.

I have tried calling a few times and am regularly told to send or forward the charge details and the refunds team seem to have closed the case stating that the refund is denied but no reasons. Its apparent from the payment listing that this is accidentally
charged.

Can I please have a suggestion on how to put the complaint to the right team within Microsoft Xbox groups.

Hello, Brandiesel1.

It was myself, not being so expert on the options, ended up either doing mistakes on the games itself or may be the Xbox payment system has triggered so many payments to my card. Got my bank to block the card but the bank people were helpless in trying to
recover the money.

Unfortunately there isn't a higher up that you can email or speak to. I would just ask again.

Were these accidental purchases by you or someone else?

Since you mentioned that the shark card contents don't show up in-game, kindly confirm the status of the purchases by signing in to account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you were charged for the shark cards.

If the purchases don't show up, this might mean that they were accidentally purchased on a different account. Please check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that you have accidentally purchased the shark cards to one of their accounts.

You sure about that? I don't think credit card companies routinely just fly in the face of another company's refund policy. I mean, fraudulent charges are one thing, but accidental purchases are usually, in my experience, considered by credit card companies
and banks to be valid charges. Maybe they might offer a courtesy thing once or twice, depending on their own policies.. and I think Xbox does something like that, too, but I don't think they do it on a regular basis. 99% just doesn't feel right to me.
