(Multiple) Centurylink Router Issues with Xbox One.

Okay so heres my situation, My family switched ISP (internet service provider)s and the new internet modem ( centurylink modem c4000lg ) is failing to connect to xbox live servers. I port forwarded all the servers to the console's ip address,

Still had problems, but did get the ports to open. I was prompted that my connection is using IPv4. I went to my ISP's directions to turn on IPv6, enabled IPv6, and unfortunately, that did not fix my problem. I keep getting a UPnP issue and I turned on and off UPnP and restarted the router and console, and I'm still having the UPnP issue. I tried using the DMZ method, everything. Nothing is working. I'm still having problems connecting to my xbox one.

My xbox one is due for an software update on top of all of this occuring, and i cannot update my console without an successful connection.

I read up on past posts and others seem to have the same problem as I do, and they also had no complete answer as well.

Currently looking for a solution to what could be causing these problems, if anyone knows what might be the issue, please let me know! <3

May I know if you tried everything from that post?

For example, using a cable and test how it goes?

Could be an specific issue / incompatibility with this router.

If you already tried basically everything, the next step will be ask your ISP to give you a different router

Its been a few days, today is day 4.

I've run multiple tests in the xbox console and followed all suggestions except to create a static ip.

That will be my next step.

Another potential issue is I have a ExpressVPN enabled Netgear nighthawk r7000 router piggybacked to the Centurylink's Modem/Router. BUT... with the VPN app, I've Disabled the VPN for the xbox.

Sounds like it's not the xbox 360 console's age.

I'm having the same problem done all the troubleshooting I could do call CenturyLink called Xbox I have CenturyLink z y x e l Wi-Fi router. They said all my settings were good to go for Xbox at my ISP could it be the console itself
