    1. Hard rebooting the console removes anything you have in your download que and moves them to their install sections as if they are finished installing.
    2. DLC is not showing up under Manage Games and Add-ons for some titles (tested with TT Batman Enemy with in and Lego DC Super Villians Deluxe Edition)
    3. Halo MCC missing from Game Pass and has to be download from the store.
    4. Game Pass Quests Notifications not popping on screen when a quest is completed (Daily and Weekly).

    Bug 1: I was downloading Lego DC Super Villains Deluxe Edition and was getting terribly slow download speeds so I decided to do a hard reboot (hold power button for 10sec's ) of the console to see if that would help. I paused all the downloads in que (11 in total as it was the deluxe edition) and proceeded to reboot the console.

    When the console loaded back up and I logged back in my que was completely empty and the game was moved into "Games" as if it was finished installing (I only downloaded 5MB-ish or so). So basically if you have any downloads in your que and do a hard reset (I paused them all) it will remove them all from the que putting them into their installed sections as if they are all installed.

    Bug 2: When I tried to install it again, only the base game was showing up in Manage Games and Add-ons and none of the DLC was there under ready to install. I had to go back to the store and tell it to download it from there so it would download all the DLC as well.

    I also had a similar problem with TT Batman Enemy within (the free games for gold) after claiming it and then cancelling the download it only showed the base game later on when I went to Manage Game and Add-ons to install it later that day (as shown in the screen shot below). I had to again go back to the store to download it from there so it would download the other 4 eps.

    Bug 3: Halo MCC is missing from the list in Game Pass but can be installed just fine from the store, it just doesn't show up under Game Pass at all (shown in the screen shot below).

    Bug 4: I completed 3 Game Pass quests today (Play Game Pass, A Plague Tale: Innocence and Earn Your Way) and none of them popped on screen telling me they were complete (no notifications) .

    I have this problem with Netflix for about 2 weeks on my xbox one x in Alpha skip ahead. Netflix on my xbox one in Alpha works fine at the moment.

    No, it's not a bug, only 50% of the Alpha and skip ahead users got the new experimental dashboard.

    You must be invited to become an Alpha Insider or Alpha Skip Ahead Insider, to do so You must Very active in Xbox, doing missions and report the bugs You see in the system, as much as You do this, so You Will be Very close to become an Alpha Insider. You
    must be at least in Delta preview to become an Alpha Insider, but You Just need to be an Insider to be invited to become an Alpha Skip Ahead, but this one is very rare to be invited and there is a certain number of people to be invited, no more than that,
    If You were not invited to be Alpha Skip Ahead certain time, so You must wait a Second chance when they Will invite New members.

    Fill out a detailed report, giving make and model of headset you use and send it to the development team.

    I am in Alpha Skip ahead and sometimes get these issues. You could try backing out of the Insider program, to a public build and seeing if things work.

    Remember Alpha and Alpha Skip Ahead are the cutting edge OS builds and can be full of bugs.

    There is only a limited number of free slots in Alpha/Alpha Skip Ahead.

    If someone in Alpha/Alpha Skip Ahead leaves, or is removed due to inactivity, participants in Beta are invited to Alpha. However, Beta participant invitations are sent out to those, that leave valuable feedback, find bugs, and are most active in the beta
    group.

    So it's not how long you are in the program, but how valuable your input and bug reporting was in the past.

    Added to the fact that invitations are only sent out if there is new room in Alpha, you might have to wait a while to get invited. Just provide good feedback and be patient.
