    Multiple Acoounts.


    Can somebody answer me 2 questions.

    1) Why someone can have multiple accounts in the Solitaire Collection.

    2) How they play and finish the World Tour Event for each of their accounts in the fastest times.

    (Franswar, franswar1,franswar2,franswarwon,franswarone)

    Is this when you turn this on? This does happen if you don't have enough security on your account, you can also go to the following link and set up Account Security Proofs that will make it secure if you haven't yet. - support.xbox.com/.../add-security-proof

    I am very sorry about what happened to your account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

    Aside from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way as no agent can provide information in this regard.
