    Hey

    I have an account on my Xbox One X using the same email and password as an Xbox App account on my Windows 10 PC. How I managed this I have no idea...

    What I need is to know if there is a way to delete the account linked to the app so I can access my Xbox One X account on the PC app?

    Help please...

    Recover forgotten account

    I remember my email but the problem is that my email account was blocked for attempted robbery and I couldn't recover, so any attempt to recover the pasword form my account on XBOX was useless multiple accounts, one email and pasword.... :(

    It is not possible to have two emails associated with one account.

    you may want to go into settings on your xbox and under the account tab go to sign in security and passkey and it will tell you what email is associated with the gamertag that your signed into on your xbox and make sure that your signed into the same account

    Settings > Account is grayed out.

    Hello OP, there is a way to get the email address of your old gamertag. Simply call support. They will ask you some account specific questions. If you can answer them they will give you the email address.

    From there, if you cannot remember the pasword you should be able to change it from the emails website.
