    Hey! I can't log on to my account and still have it on the xbox where it originated. I have a log book of all my passwords and tried every single one of them to try and recover my account. This same problem has happened to me before and I lost quite a bit of money from this. I tried recovering my password and all the info was accurate but the automated system declined my request saying there was not enough of information to reset my password. I still have my account on my xbox and can not play on it. If I disconnect the wifi then I can play on it without xbox live. This problem doesn't seem common and that worries me. Someone help!

    https://commerce.microsoft.com on this account, look under Profile, and see what Region is listed there. That is the only one that will be affecting this account. Let us know, thanks!
