    Multiple account lock even if it was just created.


    Hello need to unlock my MS account. I discovered this when I logged out then when I tried to log in im already blocked. Tried this 2x with a test account and with just 1 log out and log in the 2 accounts are blocked immediately. I just made this MS account for support contact. I created a ticket regarding this and lead me to the unlocking procedure where I enter my phone number but only to have the screen "try another verification method" with no other options. Please advise. I experienced this with my old and new pc. I also waited nearly a month expecting it to be unlocked but to no avail. I just need themy main account. I use the account for state of decay game Thank you

    Did you set your birthday as under 18? If you register as a minor like that, it'll make you create a parent account during the account creation.

    Accounts do not create themselves, because they require a WLID to be input by the user.
