Multiple Account Dilemma

I got my first Xbox when I was little so my parents made the account for me (A1). I now have my own account which I use for everything (A2) from Office to other billing and subscriptions. The only thing I don't have on A2 is my Xbox account. When I was
little I accidentally made an Xbox account for A2 which has never been in use, ever. I don't know for the life of me how I can transfer my Xbox account from A1 to A2 without merging or deleting either Microsoft accounts. I would like to remove the Xbox account
on A2 and place my actual Xbox account from A1 to where it belongs. This has been the bane of my life since the 360 first came out. Please, any help would be much appreciated.

What are the suffixes of your 2 emails (A1 and A2)?

examples:

xxxxxxxxxx@outlook.com

xxxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com

xxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com

xxxxxxxxxx@aol.com

You don't have to tell us your complete email addresses.. just the suffixes that they end with.

The email address cannot be changed on the Microsoft account. Other details can be edited by you, which takes
30 days to reflect. Each Microsoft account is configured with a
unique e mail id and you cannot update or merge one Microsoft account to another Microsoft account.
You have an option to add an alias to your existing account. For more details about adding an alias, refer the link below.

Further you may set an alias to primary alias. Refer “Set an address to be

your default send- from address”

Unfortunately if you have a Microsoft email (@live, @outlook, @hotmail) you won't be able to change the email, as it will delete the email address completely and you won't be able to access any services or products associated with it. If you have an email

My son started gaming at 4 to 5-ish under my Xbox account and login. He has perpetually gamed under this ever since and wants his information under him now.

How would one retain their original login and info, yet set-up a new email for him and transfer only the Xbox portion over to him and then slot this account under the Family Plan?

I have yet to see a way to accomplish this...

Ideas?

if you want to keep all saves and objectives, you should transfer to him the full account with a new e-mail as explained here:

After that, you have to create a new profile for you and set the original one as a Child Account:
