    Multiple Abuse on Social media and Xbox Live


    Hello. I am on Xbox and i am from Italy. I'd like to ask the help of the community because I receive insults, discrimination and defamation from a user who plays on Xbox Live. He not only uses voice chats in which he uses inappropriate language but also messages and since I blocked him other friends of mine told me that he keeps talking about me in a really bad way with constant Homophobic comments and on top of that he decided to create a new account in which he put a defamatory Gamertag against me. My question is why the reports I have made are not taken care of?

    Hi,

    I'm sorry about the issues you've been experiencing with another user on Xbox Live. If you've already reported this user and blocked them, then that is all you need to do. The enforcement team will deal with them in due course. They will not be able to bypass a suspension with another account. They will likely receive a permanent suspension and console ban.

    It may take some time for this person to receive a suspension from Live and you won't be informed when this has occurred. If this person joins games your friends are in they will need to block this person too.

    There are a number of other privacy settings you can amend on your account to prevent other users you don't know from contacting you. You can change them here: https://account.xbox.com/Settings.
