multiplayer with friends on minecraft

I'm trying to play multiplayer minecraft with my friends on xbox one and it says I can't because of how my microsoft account is set up. I went through everything I could find to fix it, my multiplayer settings are all set to 'allow' but it's still not working even if I reset my xbox and minecraft game. My other friends are able to join each other and it seems like all of our settings are the same. I have xbox live. I don't have game pass but none of my friends have game pass and they're all able to play with each other

Also, in the settings in Minecraft itself, make sure to check who is allowed in your Multiplayer Games. Is it set to just Friends, or friends of friends?

Please note that if you are playing on an Xbox Console, you will need a Game Pass subscription to play online.

You can enable the multiplayer for Minecraft from the Xbox Family Settings app on your mobile device.

To download the Family App: https://www.xbox.com/apps/family-settings-app

Click on your Child Account Name > Settings (The cog on the top right) > Multiplayer > Allow

Then, on the same window, under Cross-play:

Allow Crossplay

Allow Communication with Friends

On the bottom of the page, Clubs > Allow (For Minecraft Realms).

The Multiplayer setting, Im not using a kids Account since i am Older then 18. Is states on minecraft i need to turn on some Multiplayer Setting To Play on servers and with Friends.

you have to play with friends, the minecraft xbox 360 edition multiplayer servers are only for people on your friends list, ( if you are looking for people to add ) just look through your friends, friends list and see who all is playing minecraft and ask
them, just be social and you will find people

Below you will find the usual settings for adding multiplayer to XBOX or Minecraft.

To enable multiplayer in an Xbox game, follow these steps:

Make sure you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. Most multiplayer games on Xbox require an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play online with others.

Start the game you want to play multiplayer in.

Look for an option in the game's main menu or settings that allows you to select multiplayer mode or join an online game.

If prompted, sign in to your Xbox Live account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to join a multiplayer game or create a party with friends.

Once you are in a multiplayer game, you can invite friends to join you or join a game with random players.

Enjoy playing with others online in multiplayer mode.
