multiplayer Will not work

problem fixed i realice that in the garage i have only A class vehicles available and that was the class that i used last time so i go to rivals chose A class make lap and everything work again

One good things is that they aren't backing down from it. They are accepting responsibility for a terrible launch. I have to give them credit for that. They have even said to keep posting or letting them know of your negative experience so they can continue
to work on it. It doesn't fix the problem but I like when someone or a business owns up to its faults.

why is it taking so long to get the multiplayer figured out? i mean i can understand the first night but it should be fixed by now no??

This could be because the aren't other players that can be matched with you, happens all the time in regions where not many players play the game or whit users that don't have an open Nat

First you need to try this

Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If this doesn't work please do this and share your nat type

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type
