    Multiplayer Test


    When I run the multiplayer test it comes up with the following error. "Cant's finish multiplayer tests" it suggests the following "Back up and try to test again. If it still doesn't work there may be a problem with your network." I backed it up and still
    no change. I then tested the network and it says "It's all good" I then reset my modem and this lead to no change of events.

    Can't connect to Live

    In settings click on network and there are settings to test live and multiplayer

    Connection Issue

    Actually it's any multiplayer game. All Speed test ping tests line tests check out.

    Sorry to hear it. It could be a glitch in the console. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the issue.

    Have you checked it since the problems with xbox live service which is now fixed or are you still getting

    the error.

    I have the same problem as Western Spy Guy, I tried disconnecting network and console already several times but still not working, any other tip in how to fix this?

    Hi there Western,

    Thanks for reaching out. I understand there is an issue with the internet connection on the Xbox console.

    To help clarify the issue:

    • Have you tried an ethernet connection?
    • Have you powercycled the Network Hardware?

    I recommend taking a look at the following troubleshooting article: "My Xbox One is getting randomly
    disconnected from Xbox Live    ".

    Try this and let us know the results.
