    Multiplayer Support Request for XCloud


    Hi, I only have one computer for my family, and i have four xbox 360 controllers, i can play with one just fine, but when i try to connect any of the others, it just says it only supports one controller at the moment. This is really annoying as i only have one computer for my family, and it has no dedicated gpu, meaning some games don't work, and it is super laggy, however it does work with multiple controllers. XCloud on the other hand, supports all games on the xbox store, and also runs super smooth, however we can only play one at a time, meaning we can't play, mc dungeons together, nor can we play, halo infinite, dirt 5, pikuniku, or many others together as a family. Plz fix this asap as my kids fight over who's turn it is to play, especially when i cannot supervise.

    It's not currently supported, but possible in the future. What games are you looking to play multiplayer via xCloud?

    My name is Mauro and am glad to assist you.

    Unfortunately Xbox Cloud Gaming or XCLOUD does not support local multiplayer not only with Samsung gaming hub but all devices with XCLOUD as it is limited to single player only, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

    "Note Cloud gaming does not support local multiplayer. Currently, it only supports one player and one account at a time."

    Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.
