    Hello,

    Every time I attempt to change my multiplayer settings through my privacy xbox one/windows 10 it never stays on "allow", it just refreshes back to "block".

    Sorry, but even if you delete you BO2 game save for multiplayer, you still won't be level 1. Your rank is saved on their server, too so you won't lose it.

    All of the settings saves but not the multiplayer saves it just reverts back all the time. I've changed it about 20 times

    Some games will save settings locally but game progress (i.e campaign and multiplayer) is saved in the cloud and will show when a game is reinstalled.

    Did you set your multiplayer to allowed and then hit the Submit button? That should save the setttings.

    I can change all settings to block and submit and it saves but when I put them all back to allow, the joining multiplayer does not saves
