    Multiplayer is not working duo to xbox settings


    I am trying to play Asphalt 9 on my windows 10 PC but I am not allowed to either play multiplier or even join any club. I am only getting a problem in this account ,I tried using a spare xbox account in the same computer then
    multiplayer works just fine .Can you verify my account details or tell me how can I fix this?

    Whenever I try for multiplayer it says "Sorry,You are not allowed to join any multiplayer session"

    it is fine for me start in another account but i already have a lot of progress in this account

    Lol , sorry when we play duo or quad etc with non xbox friends it doesnt work as i said it only works if joined in party.

    so if i play duo with a stranger my mic wont work but when i play with my brother and he creates a party then it works
