Multiplayer getting prompted to purchase gold

Discus and support Multiplayer getting prompted to purchase gold in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; currently if I try enter multiplayer I get the purchase gold membership screen even tho I currently am subscribed any help on this issue...     Why has Microsoft set a limit on bandwidth coming from Xbox Live accounts?

    Im certain we still have our subscription. My little brother makes use of it daily lol. I am unable to play multiplayer games. As I said in my original post, when I attempt to play multiplayer games I am prompted to purchase Xbox Live Gold.

    Can play multiplayer - HELP!

    I have a VERY stable connection to the internet and am able to use online apps.

    I have xbox live gold subscription.

    All my games will not allow me to player multiplayer because I need xbox live gold membership. I am then prompted to purchase something i've already purchased.

    Try deleting your account and re-download it.

    It should fix it.

    If you are trying to play with someone via online multiplayer mode, the system will prompt you to purchase either Game pass Ultimate or Xbox Live gold.

    If it's only a single player mode it won't prompt you to purchase a subscription.

    Are you getting a prompt to get an Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? If yes, jus a friendly reminder though that to play a paid online multiplayer game an Xbox Live Gold subscription is required which is why you're getting the prompt.

    Game Pass for Console is a subscription where you can access the game pass library, the Xbox Live Gold subscription is different but it is included on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
    I'm getting a prompt for Ultimate, not Xbox Live Gold.
