    For Xbox One to connect to the internet using IPv6, your home router needs to have IPv6 enabled, and your internet service provider (ISP) must support IPv6.

    Is your router a Netgear as well or is it from your ISP? If it is a Netgear here is a link to the steps to enable IPv6.

    If the router is from your ISP then you should contact them to get assistance in changing it if you can't do it form the Admin on your network.

    Out of curiosity is it one particular game that you seem to be having an issue with, or does it happen with multiple games? If it only happens with one game perhaps the game servers are having an issue, especially with the increased amount of traffic right
    now. You could check the developers website to see if it mentions any problems.

    Don't play call of duty multiplayer.. Problem solved. Personally I don't bother with the Call of Duty series of games as the lag for me is tremendous in the multiplayer.

    Oh, and I only have lag problems with this particular game. I play other multiplayer games with no problems, only black ops 2....
