Multiplayer Games Connections

Hey guys so I’ve been dealing with the most infuriating issue the past week. So my Xbox One X console can connect to Xbox Live, but when I play any multiplayer games the lag is unbearable. Its so bad I cant even find a match for certain games such as Rainbow
Six Siege. I’m even hardwired into my panoramic wifi modem I received from my ISP. I’ve tried both a wired and wireless connection and still nothing works. But I could play online on my Nintendo Switch and PS4 with zero problems.

I’ve also gone as far as connecting my Xbox console into a different room and it works fine there, but not in my room. I’ve created a DMZ and did port forwarding. Also reset my Xbox and had everything deleted and re-downloaded everything and still nothing
works. I’m all out of options and have nothing left to do. I would like to point out my ISP is COX Communications.

Sounds like your distance from the router is hindering your network strength.

Nat type.. Terado is unable to qualify. This could block you from playing multiplayer games.

Server connectivity blocked this could block you from playing multiplayer games.
