    Multiplayer Game Sharing Bugged?


    I've got a Game Pass Ultimate account and have set my Series X as the home console, but when I log out and my wife logs in, she's unable to access multiplayer.

    There's no error code, it just tried to get her to "choose a plan that's right for you". She can access the games in single player.

    Is there something I've failed to do, or is this a bug?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Kindly make sure that your account is still set as Home Xbox by following the steps below:

    "1. Sign in to your account.

    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox"."

    Since you can connect to the internet and interact with internet required processes, can you go to Xbox Store download the report a problem app and submit a report and share the title of the bug.

    No he is trying to play online but it wont let him and prompts him to buy gamepass, but he can download and play gamepass games offline
