Multiplayer doesn’t work. Can’t view memberships

Discus and support Multiplayer doesn’t work. Can’t view memberships in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so my games play and my apps work ok. But I can’t get multiplayer to work.     Multiplayer doesn’t work. Can’t view memberships


    so my games play and my apps work ok. But I can’t get multiplayer to work. On the home screen it says “can’t get this data right now” it says something similar when looking up my memberships. Does anyone know what’s going on? Did my Xbox live expire?
    Should I do a hard reset?

    Very frustrated!

    why can’t I buy time in Taptiles anymore? The “watch a commercial for an extra 30 seconds” doesn’t even work.

    Glitch! Have one friend that keeps defaulting to mute

    I have one friend that I can’t unmute. Tried blocking/unblocking and that doesn’t work and the mute/unmute is not working so I can’t unmute in chat or in game chat. Please help!

    Multiplayer doesn’t work. Can’t view memberships

    You can try a hard reset by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it on and try again.

    You can also check your gold status on this website. On the top right click on your gamer picture and in the drop down menu go to your account and you can see it there. Let us know what it says.

    When I test my multiplayer connection the exact error is.

    Can’t get teredo ip address. The fix it recommended is to unplug the power from the router for 30 seconds then plug it back, but that doesn’t work

    If this video isn’t posted on a site that Microsoft doesn’t own they can’t do anything about that. If there is some sort of report feature on the site you viewed it on, you’ll need to report it there.

    Thank you for your reply! I have tried all of these and still doesn’t work :(.

    It lets me play campaign offline but just can’t play multiplayer asks for game pass or Xbox live. But I have all these. So weird.
