Multiplayer and Community Functions Broken

I just recently bought an Xbox One S, and I have loved it...Until I found some very unsettling issues. My first problem is on the Xbox main page, the community tab.This tab always shows "There's nothing to show right now.When you follow more people and games,your
feed will fill up." In my social app though it says that I am following 64 people and games.Also my multiplayer is defected.Almost every time I try to play a multiplayer match, I'm kicked out with no explanation!It especially hurtful in my Halo 5:Guardians
game, for I'm banned for 3 HOURS now because I'm always kicked out.The only time multiplayer works is in Overwatch.It also is not my internet,since whenever I do,somehow,get to play a match of Destiny or Halo, there is virtually almost no lag. If any one has
a solution to my problem please help me!

Halo 2 on Xbox One.

Halo 2 had the best multiplayer. I know it was a broken mess but the community was great.

Sorry to hear it. Can you run a test at speedtest.net so we can see what you're internet speeds are?

As for the issues you're experiencing, let's try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. While the console is off unplug your modem/router for 5 seconds too just to be safe.
