    Just a quick thought. How cool would it be if you could connect two plus televisions via Bluetooth or HDMI cable so multiplayers no longer have to deal with this split screen frustration.

    The only "rule" of multiplayer you need to follow is "Play the game the way you think it should be played". Follow this, and everything else will fall into place. You'll encounter dickweeds, yes, but you need to deal with them and move on.
