Mulitple Issues when installing games via Game Pass

I've been trying to install both Age of Empires IV and Watch Dogs for a few weeks now, with no success.

Age of Empires actually starts, but quickly drops to 0B/s - Nothing else is using the internet connection and speedtest.net is showing me a 50Mbps download speed.

It may jump up briefly to less than 1MBps, but falls back to 0 almost instantly.

In the case of Watch Dogs - after clicking install and selecting the hard drive I'd like to install it on, I'm notified there was an error please click here to fix it. After clicking the message, I'm taken to the Store page for the game where the button that would usually say install is greyed out and says Not Available. I see basic information about the game, a few screenshots but can't see any reviews, achievements, add-ons, from the developer, people also like and the More section is very minimal.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm coming pretty close to just abandoning my Game Pass subscription.

The most frustrating thing is that it says click here to fix the issue but then takes me to a place where the issue clearly stems from. If I was slightly lazier I wouldn't have bothered to post this and I'd have just unsubscribed. Very unhelpful.

It's almost definitely not a region issue as I have triple checked that my PC's settings have not changed and everything worked fine up until these 2 installs.

I'm not sure if Watch Dogs 2 is available on the UK, but it should be. Have you tried to download it through Ubisoft Connect to see if the issue persists? Looks like the issue is happening on the Xbox app, right?

About the Age of Empires IV slow download, I would suggest you first to deactivate IPv6 and reset your computer network:

- Go to Start > Search and click on control panel.

- Open Network and internet, then Network and sharing center.

- Click Change adapter settings.

- Right-click your connection and go to Properties.

- Uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)".

- Click on Start > Search for command prompt > Right click on it and select "Run as administrator";

Run the commands below and press Enter after each one:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset all

netsh winhttp reset proxy

netsh int 6to4 reset all

netsh int ip reset all

netsh int ipv4 reset all

netsh int ipv6 reset all

netsh int httpstunnel reset all

netsh int isatap reset all

netsh int portproxy reset all

netsh int tcp reset all

netsh int teredo reset all

net stop wuauserv

net start wuauserv

net stop TrustedInstaller

net start TrustedInstaller

See if the issue persists and please let me know.

I'm living in the UK. No proxy/VPN.

I don't receieve any error code. When clicking install I get the message in bold. (Also notice the 0KB/s install in the top left. I've also just noticed I'm having issues with updates from the Microsoft store, which I rarely use.)

If I click on the link I'm taken to the Watch Dogs store page where I see this

I wish I had more to go on, but unfortunately that's all there is.

I have reset the computer and still I can't access game pass. I can install other games via the xbox box app but when I try to install an xbox game pass game it gives me no drives.

Thanks for the reply. I restarted the system 3 times, and after the third time it finally shows that I have Game Pass. I'm not sure what the issue was, but now I have another issue. I cannot install Gears 5 with Game Pass. The option is greyed out. Is
there a reason for that? I can install other games still via game pass.
