Muli-player controls

Discus and support Muli-player controls in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Wondering if anyone can help, my son cant do muli-player on his Minecraft account and it says to change his settings.     Wondering if anyone can help, my son cant do muli-player on his Minecraft account and it says to change his settings. For the life of us we cant find where to do this. Please help.

    Hi EthanKurylowicz

    This can be a tricky setting to change and the best way is to use the Xbox Family setting app which just has a simple option to allow this.

    This can be downloaded for Android or iOS using the following link:

    Some Games Require a HDMI cable, and a certain Resolution on your tv to play multiplayer. For example Minecraft. It depends on the game.

    Well the people that are getting the PS4 WILL be spending $50/year to get muli-player this round of consoles. so everything boils down to the $100 difference

    XBox One: Really missing couch Co-op

    I agree.... I wanted to play Halo 5 with my grandson and couldn't. He was really bummed out as was I. I still haven't figured out how to do co-op using muli-player. Heck, I even joined xbox gold and still can't play co-op. This is bad veery bad..

    Controller Player indicator?

    With Xbox One, there is no 'player 1' or 'player 2' until you start a game and designate each player into a slot. On the home screen, anyone can take control through Kinect's recognition abilities and be the 'dominant' profile, even if controllers are swapped.
    As such, the controllers don't indicate those player slots because the controllers can be changed at any time.
