    MTV app will not play?


    The last week or so, I've not been able to watch the MTV app at all. My wife wants to watch a show on the MTV app, but it will not play. Nothing on the MTV app will play. I've rebooted my router/modem. I've rebooted and unplugged my Xbox One. I've uninstalled
    and reinstalled the app twice. I've deactivated my cable from the app and reactivated it twice. Nothing works. The app will not play anything. It shows a still image with a spinning circle forever. Nothing works. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    MTV app not activating

    I previously had the MTV app working as signed in with direct TV. Switched providers to Atlantic broadband. Everything works as far as going mtv.com/activate and after logging in I get the success message on the computer but the app screen never confirms
    activation. I have deleted and redownloaded the app, deleted all cache and data I could find but still nothing. I was able to activate a&e app without issue but didn't have it activated with the old provider. I assume there is some cache/memory issue preventing
    activation with my new cable service but can't seem to track it down. Any help?

    Has anyone figured this out yet? I have had problems with direct tv the purchased Cox internet they both would load the app but so far neither one will activate the app? Can anyone please provide me with a suggestion for this app to activate all other
    apps activate and work as they should. Mtv used to work fine i think one of the past xbox updates is the issuses. Any help would ge greatt appreciated.

    I've had the same issue for 2 weeks now, but the MTV app still works for me. I uninstalled & reinstalled the app on the off chance that would do something, but it didn't.
