MSN Classic Jigsaw Puzzles won't load

When I choose a puzzle and how many pieces I want, it loads. But then when the advertisement should start, I only get a black screen and the white circle. One suggestion I read said to let you know who the advertiser is, but nothing shows who the
advertiser might be. One day a particular puzzle might not work, but then it will the next. Sometimes I can get it to do a different number of pieces, but not always. I am getting VERY frustrated! I prefer your game, but I have also downloaded a couple others
to play when yours won't. Eventually I will give it up for good!

I have exactly the same problem. I have been able to do the puzzles for ages and all at once you just take them away! That seems to be your problem, not mine. I'm not doing anything different. If I'm not allowed to use the app anymore why don't you just say
so! I was going to subscribe for a year but Microsoft want's to be able to use my name and info for free for the rest of my life and beyond!! NO THANKS for that. Frances E.

I have the same problem on two different accounts. The problem seems to have started after an win10 update.

I am experiencing the same problem when attempting to run any level of the classic jigsaw puzzle...

Is there a specific game mode that you are referring to? You can see unfinished puzzles from Classic Jigsaw in the Recently Played section.
