MSN chatpad+elite controler on win 10

hi hall im a french customers so by advance all my apologies for my poor english

i really need help !! be cause no one cain finde a solution i past around 10 hours with xbox support and microsoft support no one help me just switch me beside the different customers support or just hanging me up

i have official elite controler with MSN chatpad on it and the wireless adapter fo windows 10 but i have some issue with it

first : the xbox accesorise cain't be able to detect my controler so i cain't creat my own profile or bind any key

second : my xbox controler works on all video games but the MSN chatpad dosent work at all

all the lastes driver is installed and the xbox elite controler firmware is alredy updated the chatpad orange dot didn't blink at all but it's still not working on windows 10 only on xbox one ive try on usb and on wireless it's the same way

im completly lost

Xbox One controller for PC chatpad not working, light blinking orange

Same Issue. Elite controller and chatpad were working great when I first connected them to windows 10, but I just downloaded the xbox accessories app on w10 and updated the controller OTA and bam, blinking orange light. chatpad no longer compatible???

Microsoft - FIX THIS!

Update the Xbox Accessories app so that I can rollback the firmware or release firmware that is actually tested!

For F's sake, you have 2 platforms (xbox one, windows 10), 3 different controller (old controller, new w/3.5mm jack, elite) and 4 accessory combos (headset, headset adapter, chatpad, none). The least you could do is TEST all 24 of these combos before rolling
out a forced update.
