    For the last two days for some reason my Xbox and pc couldn't connect to the internet. This is really weird because my phone is connected to the internet and its working just fine. After I did some research I finally fixed the problem on my pc. But on
    the Xbox side there's nothing. Why is this happening and how do I fix it. I have tried clearing Mac address but it doesn't work. Please help

    I have the same issue - my Xbox is connected via WiFi from a router with no computer between the router and the ISP modem.

    I tried blocking it and the xbox would not connect, so it looks like it is always connecting to see if its online. Will not work without it. Seems nessesary i guess.

    That's odd, I could redirect you to Microsoft directly, so they could look into it, but I believe they will also redirect you to the rewards team. :/

    Connecting to Facebook is not working. Produces the following error on Facebook:

    URL Blocked
