Discus and support MSFS2020 not showing in Store Library. even though it shows as completed in Order History in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; MSFS2020 premium deluxe is showing in my order history as complete.     MSFS2020 not showing in Store Library. even though it shows as completed in Order History


    MSFS2020 premium deluxe is showing in my order history as complete. I've been using it for 2 years. I have upgraded to windows 11 (fresh install) BUT now MSFS2020 is not showing in my library so I can not reinstall it. And I can not use my 25 digit product code as it says its already been used..... WELL I already knew that because I've been using it for 2 years. It's there in the store for me to purchase but I already have purchased it and I'm not wanting top pay for it again considering the price of it. I just want to reinstall it..... HOW do I speak to someone who can help?

    Hello Trevor, the Xbox PC apps is a client that helps you to install owned games from the Microsoft store on your PC.

    Please download it and then follow the previous procedure

    I understand you need help to locate where to install flight simulator.

    May I know if you already tried opening the Xbox app on your PC and once opened go to the "My library" tab available in the upper left of the app?

    If you don't have the app installed on your PC you can download it from the Microsoft store.

    PS: Make sure to sign in with the account you used to redeem the 25 digit code on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store

    Open the Xbox app on your PC and go to the Library tab, your owned games will show here.

    You can also check this from the Microsoft Store app library, and see if the game shows in your order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/
