    MSFS2020 marketplace --> can not buy anything


    Hi!

    I've the MSFS2020. In the marketplace it is possible to click BUY for a product. But after this I become the error "buying not possible".

    The accounts in the MS Store, XBOX-App and MSFS2020 are the same.

    My creditcard is working - because I bought a product today in the MS-Store.

    Anybody any idea what there is wrong?

    So go up to the upper right side where it shows you logged in on the msfs2020 homepage. Sign out. Sign back in. Should work. Its done this to me at least 6 times in 6 months ever since the series x version came out. Works every time!!! Good luck!

    Whenever it does that to me I just log off and then log back on and magically I can buy again! I don't know if this will fix your problem but it works for me every time.
