MSFS cant download

I have MSFS and i cant download it anymore. i had to wipe my computer and now i cant download the game. give me errors. i have already read the replies to another person having this and it does not work for me. please dont point me to another post to read about this. i need the steps to fix this so i can play it. if not i want a refund . MSFS = Microsoft flight simulator

I think that we have concluded that my pc isnt able to run msfs, thanks for the help.

What are your full computer specs? Like what GPU, CPU and how much ram do you have? Its definitely very possible your PC just cant run it. MSFS is a very demanding game.

I understand that you wish to play the game using mouse and keyboard. I know this might be unexpected, but as of now, Microsoft Flight Simulator on xCloud doesn't support a mouse or keyboard. We are hoping that sooner or later, Microsoft and the game developer will update the game to play them using mouse and keyboard. In the meantime, games that can be played with mouse and keyboard are marked with a special icon in the shape of a mouse. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

On October 30, 2021, I tried downloading again, and it worked. After the download, I was able to launch MSFS 2020, reinstall all the updates, and fly.

I can also confirm this worked for me on PC. I downloaded the XBOX app via the store.

Then, in store, clicked the three dots.

Then "downloads and updates" and sure enough there was an update for MSFS 2020 1.19.9.0. This was 507.0MB.

I then started MSFS 2020 which went to its own install manager and showed me the "Standard Content" mandatory update which was 108.12MB. The total download, however, was 3.19GB.

I then downloaded all available updates in content manager.

Once all this was complete I quit to desktop and restarted MSFS 2020 without issue.

I think it's VERY strange to need to install the XBOX app for any updates to show in the PC's Microsoft store!!
