MSFS 2024 xbox game freezing on boot up.

So I just started having this problem with flight simulator where when I go into the game, and enter the main menu, the game doesn't let me interact with anything. None of my buttons work, the in-game cursor doesn't move. And this is the only game on my xbox that does this. Any idea why? Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you referring to MSFS 2020? The exact release date for MSFS 2024 hasn’t been confirmed yet. All we know is that it’s planned for release sometime this year, and there may be more info at the games showcase in a couple of days.

Is there anything specific in the game that you’re looking for help with? The aircraft manuals offer some guidance.

Uninstall and reinstall the game:

Uninstall MSFS 2024 completely.

Reinstall the game.

7. Try to fix the installation file:

On Steam, you can try to "fix" or "restore" the game's installation file, if available.

8. Check if MSFS 2024 is installed on the external hard drive:
