MSFS 2020 LOADING ISSUES

First trial 1.5 hours, after 3 disks error happened missing a file!!

Then today I was waiting 3 hours to load 8 dvd disks into my computer after clean start, then again error, missing a file happened and all the 3 hours work was for nothing!!

What can i do to be able to get the game into the computer. Windows 11 is the OS .

Some of the discs are known to have rot problems, and there's no point in using them anymore because the game has been updated for four years and you're going to have to download it anyway

Everyone has been grandfathered into the 40th anniversary edition for free, you can download it from that link, the Xbox app or the Microsoft store in windows

When i start MSFS 2020 the blue bar appears, when it's half loaded, the game closes suddenly and goes to desktop no fault code.

I would suggest you to copy the setup file from the disc onto the hard drive and then try installing it from there and check if it helps.

I have been getting this same error code for weeks now, but with MSFS 2020. The game may occasionally load (1 out of 20?) [when it feels like it?], but most of the time it errors with 0x80070102. I've completely (formatted and) reinstalled windows and the issue has not gone away. The simulator simply will not load consistently and it doesn't make any sense to me.
