MSFS 2020 Authentication Error

Hello,

For some reason MSFS on Xbox is showing me this error "Warning - Due to an unexpected error, your game license cannot be authenticated. TO access the online services, make sure to sign in to the Microsoft store and Microsoft Flight Simulator with the Xbox Live account that was used to purchase Flight Simulator."

I have been playing for a few months now and just am getting this error. I purchased a digital version and have the account that I used to purchase it logged in. I have logged out of both my Xbox and the Sim and re-signed in and I am still getting this error.

Any suggestions on what I can do or what is causing this issue?

Hello Caleb_03, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your game.

Please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check to make sure the purchase shows as completed

This is happening to me too but only on Xbox. It works fine in PC. Driving me crazy

I have the same issue. I logged into my store and purchase says complete. It still gives me the error and now my $120 game is unplayable. How do we fix this??
