Please can you uninstall the app from your device. To do this, right click onto Solirate and select uninstall.

Then re-install it from the store.

I had the same problem, here's what worked for me: Open Microsoft Store, go to your Library and then Games, choose the game you want to play (or the Solitary Collection itself) and press Open/Play, then accept or deny cookies.

The game started for me when I did this and now I can open the Solitary Collection as normal. Hope this helps.
