    Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not loading

    I had the same problem and was convinced it was due to an MS upgrade in windows store. I've just this minute gone into Windows store and found an upgrade to MS Solitaire & Casual games. Upgraded and MS Solitaire & Casual Games now working !!!!!

    The subscription is per device, not account. So if you installed the game on a new PC, then you would have to purchase a subscription for that device.

    Try to uninstall MS Solitaire Collection by a right clic in the menu resart computer then install it with windows store easy to do with no risk (Just check that U have the Windows store)
