    MS Solitaire Games


    When loading up Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my pc these last two days, it no longer automatically signs me in to Xbox Live (I think), and when I try signing in manually, the response I get states ‘not connected to internet, check network & try again’.
    MS Sudoku okay and MS Jigsaw but not MS Mahjong. Any suggestions as to solving this please?

    I had the same problem and was convinced it was due to an MS upgrade in windows store. I've just this minute gone into Windows store and found an upgrade to MS Solitaire & Casual games. Upgraded and MS Solitaire & Casual Games now working !!!!!

    Me too. Tried rebooting machine, and uninstalling, then reinstalling MS Solitaire. I can play normal games, and daily challenges, but clicking on that Klondike Event just crashes MS solitaire.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Try powering down the PC completely. While it is off reboot your network hardware. You can also go to the

    Microsoft casual games community     and post there. They deal with these games specifically and are very helpful.

    Well me too. There is no support from MS on this. Time to drop the MS Solitaire game. You would think that they would reply to this somewhere.
